Audrey couldn't exactly tell us what she would like to be given for her birthday this year, but below are a few items that we have either noticed her taking interest in or we feel she needs or would enjoy.  Simply click on any of the items below to be taken to the Amazon listing for that item.

Xylophone Toy

It comes as no surprise to us that Audrey is showing an interest in music.  She loves listening to Daddy play guitar and watching Mommy dance around the kitchen while cooking dinner.  We think this toy will be perfect for our little music-lover.

Cleaning Supplies

Audrey loves helping Mommy clean the house, but it's hard to sweep with a broom that's twice as tall as you are!  This set is just her size, and even comes with a storage stand to keep things tidy when Audrey isn't busy "cleaning".

Car Ramp Race

These adorable wooden cars and ramp will not only be super fun to play with, but they will also help teach Audrey about gravity, cause and effect, wheels, and more!

Pots & Pans

Audrey's favorite place to explore is the kitchen.  She climbs in and out of the cabinets, pulling out dishes and mirroring Mommy while she cooks.  We just know that she would love to have some pots and pans of her own.  This set also comes with a storage stand so we can keep things nice and neat while they are not being used.

Wooden Stacker

This classic toy will be great for teaching Audrey about size, color, and order.  We've also heard that the rings are fun to chew on!

Farmer's Market Colors Set

As Audrey plays with this cute little set of colorful produce, she'll be learning about colors, fruits and vegetables, and sorting.  They will also be great toys for pretend play.

Wooden Alphabet Blocks

These are great for building towers, and she'll be learning her ABC's at the same time!

Wooden Alphabet Puzzle

This is another educational toy that we think Audrey will enjoy playing with.  It will teach her letters and colors, and will also help with her fine motor skills.

Wooden Number Puzzle

This puzzle will also help Audrey learn her numbers and colors, and further develop her fine motor skills.

Wooden Shape Puzzle

We love the way this puzzle is designed.  The knobs on the pieces are the same shapes as the pieces themselves, and the colors are beautiful.

First 100 Words

This book would be a wonderful addition to Audrey's library.  It has 100 words for toddlers to learn, and a simple picture to correspond with each word.  Books like these are great for helping little ones associate the words they hear with real life objects.

Eating the Alphabet

This is probably our favorite book on this list!  The illustrations are beautiful, and the book not only teaches the alphabet, but also introduces all kinds of yummy foods.

Chicka Chicka Boom Boom

This book has such a fun rhythm to it, and is also a great way to learn the alphabet.

Paris: A Book of Shapes

This book is so beautifully illustrated, and it will be teaching Audrey about shapes while introducing her to "The City of Light".

San Francisco: A Book of Numbers

As with the other books in the "Hello, World" collection, this one will teach Audrey numbers while simultaneously taking her on a tour of "The City by the Bay".

London: A Book of Opposites

While looking at this book, Audrey will learn all about opposites as she goes on a tour of London, seeing Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and more.

New York: A Book of Colors

Audrey will go sightseeing in The Big Apple as she learns about all the beautiful, diverse colors that fill our world.

Audrey Bunny

Aside from the fact that her name is in the title (how cool!), we would love for Audrey to have this book because of the message that it delivers.  The plot is very similar to that of the classic children's book, Corduroy.  The story teaches children that God loves us all, in spite of imperfections.  To top it all off, the book is full of gorgeous illustrations that Audrey is sure to love.

Big Red Barn

This book is illustrated with colorful scenery and barnyard animals from the loveliest little farm you've ever seen.

Colorful Cutlery

This adorable set of cutlery is sized and shaped in a way that will be easy for Audrey to grasp as she continues to learn to feed herself.

Cutlery Set

This cutlery set has an angled fork and spoon, and a rounded knife, making it safe and toddler-friendly; but it still looks much like the cutlery that Mommy and Daddy use.

We prefer for Audrey to play with toys that will aid in her development and encourage her to be imaginative.  For this reason, we are asking that no electronic toys are bought for her this year.

If you purchase a book, please consider purchasing the board book version, so Audrey will be able to turn the pages easily by herself.

Aside from the items on this list, Audrey is also in need of clothing and shoes.  She will be needing size 18 months for clothes and size 4 for shoes.
